Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to photos, reference images, requests and results you upload or generate with Ghost Mannequin Tool. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Use the tools only for clothing product images you have the right to create and use.

Prohibited content

You must not upload, request or generate any of the following:

• Violent or gory content: blood or gore, injuries, abuse, self-harm, or threats involving weapons.
• Deepfakes and impersonation: using a real person’s likeness without consent, impersonating another person or brand, or fabricating an identity to mislead others.
• People without consent and children: photos of people without their permission, or any photo of a child.
• Sexual content and nudity: sexual, suggestive or nude content, or requests to make clothing see-through.
• Copyright and trademark infringement: content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights.
• Illegal, hateful or fraudulent content: content that breaks the law, promotes hatred or is intended to defraud or deceive people.

How we moderate content

We check uploads for supported image types, file size and dimensions, and require a signed-in account. These checks validate files; they do not determine whether their content complies with this policy. Generation requests are sent to our upstream AI provider. If its safety filters reject a request, we treat it as a failed generation and record the refusal category. These checks cannot detect every violation.

We review reported content manually and assess it against this policy. We may remove content or restrict accounts after review, and cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.

How to report

Email hello@ghostmannequintool.com with the subject "Content report". Include a link or image/task identifier, screenshots and the reason for your report. If an image is private, include the date and tool or task identifier so we can locate it. Send only the information needed to review the concern.

We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and complete handling within 7 days of receiving the report. Reports involving minors or urgent harm receive priority. We will tell you the outcome by email, subject to privacy and legal limits.

Enforcement and appeals

Depending on the severity and whether a violation is repeated, we may remove content, issue a warning, suspend an account or permanently close it. Credits used for completed generations that violate this policy are not refunded, and unused credits in an account suspended or closed for violations are not refunded, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Failed generations still return credits as described in our Terms of Service.

To appeal, email hello@ghostmannequintool.com with the subject "Content appeal", your account email, the relevant image or task identifier, and why you believe the decision was incorrect. We will review the decision and reply by email.
