The rules for using our ghost mannequin and flat lay tools, credits, payments, refunds and the images you create.

These terms apply when you use this website and its tools. By creating an account or using the tools, you agree to them. "We", "us" and "our" mean the operator of this website.

The service

We provide AI tools that turn photos of clothing into ghost mannequin and flat lay product images. Results are created by AI and can contain mistakes. Parts of an image that your photo doesn't show, such as the inside of a neck or the back of a sleeve, are drawn by AI and may not match your real product.

You are responsible for checking every result against your product before you publish it, and for making sure your listings describe your products accurately.

Your account

You need an account to use the tools. Keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for what happens under your account. One person or business per account. Creating accounts to collect extra free credits is not allowed.

What you may upload

You may only upload photos that you own or have the right to use, of clothing you're allowed to sell or show. You must not upload:

photos of people without their permission, or any photo of a child;
sexual, suggestive or nude content, or requests to make clothing see-through;
content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights;
anything illegal, hateful or meant to deceive people.

We may refuse to process any photo, and we may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your images

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. As between you and us, you own the results you create, and you may use them commercially, for example in your store, on marketplaces and in ads, as long as you had the rights to the original photo.

You give us permission to store and process your photos and results only as needed to run the service, as described in our privacy policy. We don't use them for anything else without your written permission.

Images are deleted automatically after the retention period in the privacy policy, so please download what you want to keep.

Credits

Each image you create uses the number of credits shown next to the button, currently 1 credit. Try again creates a new image and uses credits again.
Credits are sold in one-time packs. There is no subscription, and nothing renews automatically.
Credits from a pack are valid for 12 months from purchase. Free trial credits may have a shorter validity, shown in your account. Expired credits can't be restored.
Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged for money, except for refunds described below.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal in US dollars. Credits are added once PayPal confirms the payment.

Refunds

If an image fails or can't be processed, its credits are returned automatically.
If a finished image isn't usable, contact us with the image. We'll review it and may return the credits.
You can ask for a refund of a pack within 14 days of purchase if you haven't used any of its credits. Used credits aren't refundable unless the law where you live says otherwise.

Fair use

Don't try to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, get around credit or rate limits, or use it to build a competing service. We limit how many images you can create in a short time to keep the service fast for everyone.

Changes and availability

We may change, pause or stop parts of the service, including the AI models we use. If we stop the service entirely, we'll refund unused credits from packs bought in the previous 12 months.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't guarantee that results will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
