How Credits Work
Every image you create uses 1 credit, whether it's a ghost mannequin or a flat lay. Try again makes a new version of the same photo and uses 1 more credit.
Credits from a pack are valid for 12 months from the day you buy them. When you have credits from more than one pack, the ones that expire first are used first.
Failed Images and Refunds
If an image fails or can't be processed, the credit goes back to your balance automatically. You don't need to ask.
If an image finished but isn't usable, for example the print changed or part of the mannequin is still visible, contact us with the image and we'll look at it. We don't refund credits used on images you downloaded and kept.
Payment
Payments are handled by PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal balance or with a debit or credit card through PayPal's checkout, without creating a PayPal account where PayPal offers guest checkout.
Prices are in US dollars. Credits are added to your account as soon as PayPal confirms the payment.

Is this a subscription?
No. Each pack is a one-time payment. Nothing renews, and you can buy another pack whenever you need more credits.
Do both tools use the same credits?
Yes. One credit pool covers ghost mannequin and flat lay images.
Do credits expire?
Credits from a pack are valid for 12 months after you buy them. Trial credits may expire sooner; the exact date is shown in your account.
Does Try again cost a credit?
Yes. Try again creates a new image, so it uses 1 credit, the same as the first one. If it fails, that credit is returned.
Can I get an invoice?
Your payments are listed under Billing in your account, and PayPal emails you a receipt for each purchase.
